COVID-19 Shop Policies & Procedures

For the safety of our customers and employees, we will be operating on a limited schedule and implementing the following policies —

Shipped purchases will be returning to normal shipping rates (based on package weight & distance).
In-store/curbside pickup is now available again. Any purchase made online or via instagram will have the choice of shipping or in store pick up. If you choose in store pick up, we will contact you to set up a pick up time.
Our shop will operating at 50% capacity.
Private shopping appointments are now available! Reserve the whole store just for yourself. Book now!

We removed the signature capture for credit transactions & will continue using only electronic receipts.
We are providing hand sanitizer by the entrance for customers.
All employees will be washing their hands regularly & between serving customers.
We ask that you please wear a mask if you are able, as we will be doing the same.
High tough surfaces will be sanitized regularly, including the door handles, POS, and fitting room.
Clothing will be steamed to sanitize after each try-on.
At risk individuals are encouraged to book a private shopping appointment.
